During your breathtaking trip to Venice, a must see spot on your tour has to be Canal Grande (or the Grand Canal). You'll want to float down the canal on a vaporetto, a Venetian waterbus, and while you marvel at the gorgeous Gothic architecture. Some of the places along the canal are worth a stop. You'll pass by many galleries and museums that house some of the most famous and historic art in the world.

While in Venice, you'll also want to take a look around St. Mark's Square, which is in the heart of Venice and features St. Mark's Bascilica, Doge's Palace, and some other amazing sites you won't want to miss. St. Mark's Bascilica houses some very sacred relics you won't ever have the chance to view again.
